GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
  • Abstract should be written in English and use the Microsoft Word Package for typing.
  • Title of the abstract should be centered over the main body in UPPER CASE using Arial /Times New Roman 12 point font bold letters. Abbreviations must not be used in the title.
  • The abstracts should necessarily be structured and follow the following format:
  • Introduction and objective: Brief introduction of the work, indicate the purpose and objective of the research or the hypothesis that was tested.
  • Materials & Methods: Describe the setting/location for the study, study design, study Population, data collection and methods of analysis used.
  • Main Findings: Present as clearly and detailed as possible the findings/outcome of the study, with specific results in summarized form.
  • Conclusions and Recommendations: Briefly discuss the main outcome of the study.
  • No graphs/images/tables should be included in the abstract.
Body of the text
  • Less than 350 words
  • Typed in 12-point Arial/ Times New Roman font using single space.
  • Do not indent the title and each paragraph
  • Abbreviation must be defined by placing them in [parentheses] after the full word the first time they appear. Use numerals to indicate numbers except when beginning sentences.
GUIDELINES FOR FREE COMMUNICATION-ORAL PRESENTATION
  • The presenting author should have registered for the NIN 100 years 2017 Conference
  • The presentation should be made in English.
  • The title should be the same as the abstract submitted.
  • Presenting author must strictly follow the presentation time alloted by the organizer.
  • Abstract submission will be accepted only online
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
  • The presenting author should have registered for the NIN 100 years 2017 Conference
  • The poster should be prepared in English.
  • The title should be the same as the abstract submitted.
  • Please bold and underline the name of the presenting author.
  • The size of the poster should be 91 x 121 cm (width x height) and needs to be displayed in portrait form.
  • The quality of the poster should be enhanced with the use of photographs, diagrams and tables.
  • Poster presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters on the designated poster board during the designated time.
  • Materials for putting the posters on poster board will be provided by the Organizers.
